Directions for use:

Shake the bottle vigorously before each use. The recommended dosage varies from 1 to 10 sprays a day, as required. The oil starts to work 30 to 40 minutes after you take it. It can be used during the day to soothe or in the evening to promote restful sleep. The general rule of thumb suggests a dose of around 2 mg of CBD per kilogram of body weight per day.

Our CBD oils are made from natural MCT oil, extracted from coconuts. MCT oil is made up of medium-chain triglycerides. Hemp extract, derived from Cannabis sativa L (Hemp), grown in a natural and environmentally-friendly way, without the presence of THC.

Each 30ml bottle contains MCT oil, natural Caprylic Acid from Coconut (Coco nucifera extract), enriched with 2000mg of CBD "Broad Spectrum" from Hemp, with natural flavouring.
